Lord I come before you now
As I have many a time
Asking for you to grant me courage
To straighten out this spine
To stand beneath the crushing weight
Of the world upon my back
Lord leave me no retreat
As the enemy attacks
Lord give me legs as strong as iron
To stand firmly in place
Give me the strength to change what I can
And for what I can't, give me grace
